ON THE OCCASION OF MILAN DESIGN WEEK 2022, ELLE DECOR ITALIA PRESENTS AT PALAZZO BOVARA, FROM 6 TO 12 JUNE, ‘DESIGN FOREVER’: AN EXHIBITION-INSTALLATION DEVOTED TO TIMELESS DESIGN..

The project involves Calvi Brambilla for exhibition design, Antonio Perazzi for landscape design and Kokoschka Revival for the interactive installations..

“The exhibition features a selection of over one hundred furnishings, all in production, by emerging masters and designers, who demonstrate how good design is timeless”, explains Paolo Brambilla. “They are grouped into four clusters and each represents a trend (Pure, Bold, Mobile, Hybrid). Objects designed in the past and contemporary products sharing the same spirit.
Similarly, the setting is a game of continuous cross-references between contemporary interiors, references to famous projects and decorations of the ancient building “.

Design Forever has involved over 50 companies that have supported Elle Decor Italia’s project to promote the culture of design once again.

Glamor will be involved in the Bold Room with MONKEY, a synthetic fur with a long and very soft hair, presented here in the unusual wall covering.

Design Forever originates from the idea of bringing the present and the past together in the contemporary home, with the specific aim of “returning to focus on design. On design that holds modernity in its DNA. A modernity that is not only identified with what is contemporary from a chronological point of view, but with the quality of durability”, explains Livia Peraldo Matton, editor-in-chief of Elle Decor Italia. That is why in the Palazzo Bovara display, the presence of the past is not only iconic, but enters into dialogue with the messages and challenges recurring in the present.
